Our client has asked us to urgently search for an experienced Health and Social Care Assessor Training Advisor for their team in the East Midlands. The main duties of the role are to train and assess learners, support and motivate your caseload to achieve the relevant qualifications. You will be skilled at building strong relationships with clients and develop new relationships to meet agreed targets.

We are searching for an experienced and qualified Health and Social Care Assessor to deliver Adult Care apprenticeships and NVQs. With a natural passion for assessing, you will be keen to progress and develop your own personal development plan, as well as your learners.

What you need to have,
D32/D33 or A1 or Equivalent
Registered Member of the Institute for Learning
Extensive related occupational experience
Approved Basic Health and Safety Certificate (Desirable)
Previous experience assessing candidates in their workplace within Health and Social Care
A CV which is full of achievements, high learner pass rates etc.
Approved Skills for Life / Key Skills Certificate at Level 2 or above
Positive attitude
Goal focused and target driven whilst keeping the learner at the heart of everything you do.
