Are you a Health and Safety Advisor or similar from a Construction background looking for an autonomous and varied position where you will manage compliance to company processes and CDM regulation within a rapidly growing specialist construction company who offer a range of ongoing progression opportunities?

This company are a rapidly growing specialist Environmental Construction Company who have seen rapid growth since their establishment in 2011 whilst retaining a loyal client base. They have major aims of growth within their sector and are now looking for a new Health and Safety Advisor to join their team.

This is an autonomous role where you will be responsible for compliance to CDM regulation both on site and in the office. Your role will involve site checks, management of processes and liaison with both senior management and clients. Further to this you will be responsible for training and ensuring compliance of contractors and new staff.

This role would suit a Health and Safety advisor or similar looking for an
autonomous and varied position where you can technically progress and further your skillset within a rapidly growing company who offer a generous benefits package including progression opportunities.

The Role:
* Primarily office based with occasional site visitations
* Ensuring sites are in line with CDM regulation
* Quality and Health & Safety checks, audits and risk assessments
* Induction and training of new staff
* Liaising with other departments, clients and contractors
* Opportunities for technical progression and development

The Person:
* Health and Safety advisor or similar
* Construction background
* Full Driving Licence- willing to travel
* Commutable to Wakefield
