Head of Transformation Architecture

Head of Transformation Architecture required by my client for an initial 2-year contract that has the potential to extend.

As the Head of Transformation Architecture you will be required to lead a team of experienced enterprise Architects from technical assurance roles to positions more focused on hands-on software development.

As well as coaching and mentoring a team, the successful candidate will be expected to devise an deliver appropriate training.

Key Responsibilities and Experience:

– Be able to lead the Transformation Architecture team
– Be able to assess current team members’ strengths and technical competencies
– The ability to devise and deliver appropriate training in public cloud architecture and emerging architectures
– Be able to devise individual deployment plans for Transformation Architects
– Provide coaching and guidance to experienced enterprise Architects, seeking to learn new skills relating to public cloud and emerging architectures
– Work as part of a team with the organisation and other suppliers
– Work using Agile methodologies

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Head of Transformation Architecture to work in environment where they will be exposed to the latest tools and technologies, on an initial 2-year project that has the potential to extend beyond its initial end date.
