Head of Talent Acquisition

Salary: £60,000 per year

Head of Talent Acquisition – up to £50,000 + Benefits.

This is a varied and challenging in-house Talent Acquisition Role. You will be responsible for building a high performing team able to source and secure the best talent in the market.

The role will see you

* Developing the Employer Brand to become an employer of choice

* Managing and developing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver a first class candidate experience.

* Reviewing and continuously improving process and procedure to optimise performance

* Managing recruitment campaigns and hiring managers to ensure a high quality recruitment experience as well as a successful outcome.

* Using your experience and market knowledge to source the best possible talent from a range of channels

To be a success in this role you will have proven experience of leading a talent acquisition team in a geographically dispersed business along with extensive in-house recruitment experience. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally. You will have strong commercial acumen and be the ultimate team player.

The role offers a hybrid working pattern but we are looking for individuals with a base close to Birmingham

Salary – up to £60,000+ benefits.
