Head of Social Media

A leading Creative Agency based in Central London is looking for a Head of Social Media to join a growing team. This is a varied role but you’ll be a seasoned strategist (experienced Digital marketeer) who can lead and grow a Social Media team within an agency environment. Therefore, you should have a significant track record in the digital marketing agency world and be able to deliver results for clients.

Role: Head of Social Media
Location: Central London
Salary: £36,000 – £48,000 p.a. plus Benefits and Bonus (maybe more for an exceptional candidate)

This is a varied role that will suit a self starter who can lead and develop a team. We seek solid experience in writing strategies that integrate with all marketing disciplines which will be both online and offline.

Responsibilities shall be content planning, providing strategic direction for clients and writing strategic proposals. Additional responsibilities shall be the generation of monthly reporting and insights and leading new business pitches for clients’ Social Media projects.

You will need the ability to advise clients on strategy and develop integrated campaigns. Additional experience we seek shall be the ability to work across multiple accounts and keep on top of all projects being delivered. You will also need to be able to handle large media budgets and liaise confidently with clients at a senior level. From a technical point of view we seek a strong understanding of analytics tools like Falcon, Crimson, Hexagon, Google Analytics etc…
