Compass Associates have a unique job opportunity available for an experienced leader in the field of Mental Health.

Overview
This brand new position will be an integral part of the senior management team, leading the organisation in the clinical aspects of mental health, including; Care Quality, Research, Clinical Development, transforming, developing and creating national development of mental health policy and procedure.

With an ultimate goal in improving mental health care, and creating a national minimum standard in mental health, this is an exciting opportunity to have a real impact! You will also be tasked with hiring and developing a robust and dynamic team under your remit.

Criteria
** Due to the nature of the service, senior management experience in mental health is essential and must include a clinical background (nurse, psychologist, psychiatrist, OT, Social Worker)
** Experience in clinical governance and clinical development is essential.
** This will be a growing role, in which you will be hiring and developing a team under your remit, so experience in managing clinicians, and having direct reports is essential.
