CCS | Compass Corporate Services have a brand new job vacancy available for an experienced and pro active Estates and Facilities Manager.

Overview
Working for this unique and leading private hospital, you will take the lead on heading up the Estates, Facilities and Support Services, with the aim of ensuring the highest levels of quality met with a safe and compliant services for all Service Users, Staff and Visitors.

This is an exciting time to be joining the organisation, and take the lead in ensuring an effective and efficient service is being lead. From ensuring the maintenance and facilities teams are pro active in keeping a safe and attractive environment, through to compiling proposals and research into major refurbishment and CAPEX project works.

In addition to leading the Estates and Facilities of the services, you will also hold direct reports from the management of: Houskeeping, Catering, Front of House, and Hotel Services staff. Ensuring that communication is succinct, operating at the highest levels, and ongoing improvement of the services, always with the aim of exceeding customer expectations.

Criteria
Experience Heading up Estates, Facilities, Maintenance or Support Services is essential
All applicants must have experience in preparing proposals for major works, CAPEX projects and major refurbishments.
All applicants should have a confident grasp of budgeting and costing of works.
All applicants should hold a good understanding of Estate and Facilities within a CQC registered environment
All applicants must have strong management skills
Due to the nature of the role, applicants should be confident communicators, across a diverse team.
Qualifications within BIFM (or equivelant), IOSH or NEBOSH is highly desirable
