Job Description

Head Chef or a Sous Chef, required to support the Group Executive Head Chef, for prestigious gastro pubs and an Inn located in the Folkestone, Kent area, CT18. Transport will be required due to countryside location. Full time and part-time hours available to meet your needs.

You will be supported by a Head Chef and Group Executive Head Chef.

Head Chef or a Sous Chef, candidates require a good all round background to include:

  • Chef experience working with fresh local produce.
  • Good kitchen management, stock control and food hygiene control are essential.
  • Experience of catering for a busy Restaurant / Gastro pub style operation.
  • Working 5 days over a 7 day rota.

The salary for this opportunity of Head Chef or a Sous Chef, is competitive, ranging from £32,000 to £35,000 / per annum / plus a share of the service charge – tips paid monthly. Transport is required due to the countryside locations.
