Handyman

Salary: £26,000 – £35,100 per year

I am looking for several caretakers to work across school contracts in and around the Wakefield area.

I have a number of clients who are looking for experienced caretakers/handymen to work on an initial temporary basis for several contracts I have on schools across Wakefield.

Candidates should have experience working in this environment and be happy undertaking the following duties:

• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Joinery
• Plasterer/patching where needed
• Damp proofing
• Keeping communal areas tidy
• General maintenance of the grounds such as litter picking, grass and hedge cutting
