Based near Norwich, Norfolk
An experinced Quality Manager with experience gained within an engineering manufacturing environment is required for a busy and expanding orgainisation.
You will provide leadership and tactical support of the operational Quality function for a Group (currently 4) of small / medium sized companies based across the South Coast. As the management representative you will report to senior leadership for Quality related issues that could impact customer performance or compliance. You will also lead a small team to achieve quality managament system targets for customers and business goals.
You will develop and sustain the Quality Management System in line with current and future industry standards (ISO9001, AS9001, and ISO. You will also be a visible and influential driving force for continuous improvement behaviour across the Group.
Candidates will be a proven Quality Management professional. You will have experience in the development and maintanence of QMS within a manufacturing environment, ideally electronics. You will possess knowledge and understanding of ISO 9001, AS9100 & ATEX. You will have a Lead Audit qualification. An outstanding communicator you will be able to train and coach employees in quality philosophies, techniques and improvement methodologies.
