Group Sales Manager
Salary = £36,000 – £48,000(Depending on Experience)

PURPOSE
– Exploring new avenues of business & Identification of new agency customers
– Contacting & engaging potential agency customers via telephone and face to face meetings
– Closing new business deals to generate revenue for the business
– Generating and maintaining a pipeline of potential agency customers
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
– Negotiating terms for new agency business relationships
– Implementing process of generating contractor leads to the tele-sales team
– Focus on the top line agency incoming sales value for Anderson Group
– Verifying agency rebate figures; authorising rebate invoices or arranging vouchers
– Maintaining relationships with customers to generate referrals and maintained business levels
– Attending end-client meetings with agency partners to secure existing business and increase potential business
– Reporting of sales conversions to Line Manager on a weekly basis
Must have Umbrella/Recruitment industry experience
