Groundworker/Bricklayer | Luton | Temp to Perm
A building services contractor for a Housing Association established for over 40 years and are leaders in providing full building services currently has a key requirement for a Groundworker/Bricklayer based in the Luton Area.,
My client is looking for the right person who will carry out Groundwork and multi-skilled general maintenance work to domestic & commercial properties and various schemes
The successful Groundworker/Brick will be;
Experienced Groundworker
Laying foundations, Concreting, Drainage and Kerbing
As a Groundworker/Bricklayer you will be able to apply their hand at multi-skilled trades
Have bricklaying experience
Carrying out works to a high standard involving the construction, alteration, repair and maintenance of various frameworks and structures.
Have a good knowledge of the Building industry
Have experience working on siteAs a Groundworker/Bricklayer, you will be;
CRB Checked
CSCS Card
Have a Full Driving Licence
Experienced in Groundworks
Experienced in BricklayingPackage
The experienced Groundworker/Bricklayer will be on a temp to perm contract on a potential salary of up to £30,000with a van and a fuel card provided
