Grounds Maintenance – Site Supervisor

Salary: £31,200 per year

Recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Site Supervisor who will take on responsibility for a small team and the ongoing grounds related maintenance at one large location.

Experience needed:

• Landscape Maintenance experience (grass cutting, strimming, hedge cutting, pruning, shrub and bed maintenance).
• Grounds Maintenance experience (sweeping & litter picking).

Licence needed:

• Driving Licence

Useful (but not a specific requirement) would be:

• PA1 & PA6

On offer:

• A permanent job working a 40 hour week.
• Salary of up to £31,200per year.
