Location: Harwich International Port (CO12 4SR)
Job type: Permanent, Full Time
Contracted: 37.5 hrs p/week, Monday to Friday; 08:30 – 16:30
Salary: £10.42 per hour

The Role:
Our Grounds Person will be working with others to complete landscaping or grounds maintenance duties. Using Road sweeper, strimmer, hedge cutter, blowers lawn mowers. You will be required to use a number of hand tools and gardening equipment, sharp hand tools etc. When required you will engage in activities supporting the cleaning operatives’ team.
You will be responsible for the delivery our services on customer sites in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner. Acting as ambassadors for our business, excellent customer service skills are required. The correct candidate will be responsible for using the Sasse Service app as instructed and adhering to company policy in terms of its usage, including for Time and Attendance, Auditing and Reporting purposes.
Essential Requirements:
Ability to work to strict timelines whilst adhere to health and safety protocols and instructions. Work independently according to specification. The role requires a Full UK car driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
Experience of using portable landscaping or gardening equipment and some knowledge of groundwork would be an advantage. Training provided.
