Graphic Designer & Content Coordinator

Salary: £14.4per hour

Our client, a global Engineering and Design company based in central London with a reputation for excellence across multiple disciplines urgently requires a graphic designer on a temporary basis to become fully immersed on a variety of exciting international projects, this is an outstanding opportunity for an established graphic designer to put their creative design skills to use in a dynamic, fast-paced and friendly team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead on graphic output and content coordination for document and media content production
Coordinate preparation of written and graphic content from multiple teams
Manage workflow of content preparation for multiple projects simultaneously
Manage Packaging and hand-over of document content for translation into other languages
Contribute to the development of new approaches to group project work including undertaking individual or collaborative research assignments where appropriate
Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches
Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media (particularly design programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop, Flash, 3D Studio, Rhino, Acrobat, Sketchup)
Estimating time required to complete work. Then prioritising workload, using additional help where necessary
Maintaining diagram libraries and templates Essential Experience:

Demonstrated interest and track-record in leading and designing very high-end graphic output for complex projects in urban and spatial fields
Relevant work experience in the built environment
Excellent graphic representation skills including full Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) as well as Flash and other multi-media packages
Self-starter with strong cultural awareness
Experience working in or leading a team of people and managing your own workload, including the ability to work to tight deadlinesQualifications:

Professional qualification in either design, planning, architecture or other urban development and design related field
