Graduate Training Scheme

As a graduate you will know how tough it can be to get a graduate trainee job on a graduate training scheme and start your career. Graduate trainees at Enterprise Recruitment will join our graduate training scheme on day one, be given a good salary AND be eligible to add to that salary by earning commission right from the start of the graduate training scheme.

Recruitment at Enterprise Recruitment Ltd is different. You will be trained, properly trained on the graduate training scheme, by experienced and successful recruitment consultants who will train you on-the-job, mentoring and supporting you as you go. Our 6-month graduate training scheme will introduce you to a new technical area of expertise; the technology and software market. Our clients span the UK – you will manage their accounts, discuss and understand their needs, and work to find the best candidates for their specialist technology requirements.

Aside from the graduate training scheme, you will find our company office environment to be friendly, supportive and helpful – we want you to do well. We look for bright, switched-on graduates with a keen interest to get involved. Recruitment is fast-paced and the technology market that we operate within is extremely busy.

The personality traits we look for in graduate trainees include natural self-starters who are success-driven and money-motivated. We need graduates who are proactive, confident, self-motivated and organised. This role is not to be confused with an HR role – this is a sales position where you are financially rewarded for the candidate placements you make. However, it does NOT involve endless cold calls. In your first year you`ll likely make £25K – £30K, after that, it’s up to you, but the successful ones will make £50K, and more.

Salary & Benefits:
£20k + commission + bonuses + benefits.
Commission is uncapped and starts from day one. Our commission scheme is extremely attractive and rewards your hard work.
