At this forward thinking primary school, as a Graduate Teaching Assistant you will be supporting teaching across Key Stage 2. Working alongside the class teacher you will supervise outside-class learning from pupils who have been identified as needing extra support or motivation. You will lead 1:1 sessions and groups and the school are keen for you to support a range of classrooms. With a CPD and training course aimed at preparing graduates for a PGCE or related course, this nurturing primary firmly believes that learning is a top down requirement.
