My client is looking for a Graduate to join their SHEQ Team to work closely with their Health and Safety Manager and Compliance Manager on several projects to provide SHEQ Support.

Duties:

• Producing Construction Phase Plans as per Client Pre-Construction information
• Aiding in update and completing risk assessments for planned works
• Collating H&S and O&M information at the end of a project
• Assisting with obtaining or retaining accreditations
• Producing H&S Newsletters / Bulletins
• Ensuring the Audit Dashboard remains updated securing evidence from site teams that actions have been closed out
• Keeping all health and safety data up to date
• Assisting with internal audits for ISO purposes
• Maintaining records of all safety-related issues within the organization and ensuring corrective measures are taken
• Office risk assessments
• Assisting with pulling together presentations for clients and tenders
• Monitoring and improving social media performance (LinkedIn)
• Basic administration duties as required to support the business
