Optimum Education Resourcing are recruiting! We are recruiting for Cover Supervisors for our client schools in St Helens and the Liverpool City region. We are experiencing a high demand for Cover Supervisors and have several positions available. Are you already a Cover Supervisor looking to experience a wider range of schools? Are you a recent graduate who is looking for classroom experience? Are you ex-military or police? If so, then we would love to hear from you!

Optimum Education Resourcing are recruiting for dynamic and enthusiastic Cover Supervisors for our secondary clients in St Helens and the wider Liverpool City region. The role of a Cover Supervisor is a flexible and varied role, of which will give you the perfect insight into life in school and/or give you excellent preparation for your PGCE. We are recruiting for several Cover Supervisors due to the demand from our client schools, whether you are looking for part-time or full- time, YOU can work when you want to.

The role of a Cover Supervisor:

* Delivery of work set by the class Teacher (you are not expected to plan work)

* Effectively manage behaviour, according to the school behaviour policy

* Ensure feedback is left for the class Teacher

* Bookings can be on the day (from 7am) or in advance (morning bookings will require a degree of flexibility)

* Short and long-term bookings available

* Ensure school policies are adhered to

To join Optimum Education Resourcing and work in our client schools as a Cover Supervisor, you will:

* Be a graduate (not essential)

* Have experience of working with the 11-16 age group

* Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service (we can process if you don’t have one)

* Have a CV covering your last 10 years of employment

* Have the legal right to work in the UK

* Proof of identification

* An overseas police check, if applicable

* Two references (covering the last two years)
