Base salary £27,600Car Allowance £4,800 + Uncapped Bonus Potential

We have a genuine opportunity for graduates to join our award winning client on a graduate academy programme where you will receive professional, structured training from both managers and directors.

Details in brief are:
• Months 1 – 3: Company induction, business to business communication training and research projects!
• Months 4 – 6: Structured experience with customers (telephone and field based); build a foundation of potential customers to take with you once you graduate from the training academy and move in to your selected department!
• Realistic OTE of £35,000 in Year 1!

After graduation from the academy you will follow an individually crafted career path in one of four key areas of the business.
