£16,000 – £18,000 + excellent bonus structure

This is a chance for a Graduate Research Executive to be part of something big.
We are currently partnered with outstanding start-ups such as Zoopla, Just-Eat, Photobox and Moonfruit, and this client base is continuing to grow. We source, qualify, arrange interviews and make offers to high quality candidates who match client`s requirements for Marketing, IT, Sales and Management positions.

As a Graduate Research Executive you will source candidates from a range of online resources including Social Media, Job Boards and networking. The people you will work alongside are a lively bunch. If you are hard-working there are great rewards, from a bar in the office for 5 o`clock Friday drinks to company days out! We`re looking for an energetic individual who can jump straight in and become one of the team.

Sound Good?

As a Graduate Research Executive you will need:

-Commercial experience working to and achieving targets
-A good level of education, preferably to degree level
-An excellent telephone manner and experience in dealing with people over the telephone
-A positive attitude with the ability to be a team player, but also the capability to work individually
-Good organisational and motivational skills
