Graduate Management Trainee

You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the business, ensuring growth by analysing ways of improving the commercial performance of the business.

This is a varied role, allowing you to develop competence in a number of areas. Become a Graduate Management Trainee and receive a starting salary of up to £26,000 (plus significant bonus), plus other fantastic benefits including:

The Role

Following an initial induction of 12 weeks working in two or three different businesses within the group, you will:

* Be involved in the daily operations and management of the business
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, suppliers and employees
* Liaise and negotiate with various stakeholders
* Monitor and report on the performance of the business

This is a Graduate Management Scheme and you will be given the opportunity to progress and run your own business within the group – earning £40-50k+

You will not only have the opportunity to progress to this level but will be given the guidance and support to achieve it.

Requirements

You should be a confident, analytical and outgoing graduate from a sales, retail or sporting background.
