Salary: £27,600 – £30,000 per year
You will ideally be a graduate with a few years experience in a commercial environment, looking towards your next step. You’ll be adding value to the company through, specifically focussing on supplier performance/ category performance/ competitors/ promotions/ proposition to name but a few! You will be self motivated with an entrepreneurial flair!
What will my responsibilities be?
• Weekly sales and margin reporting
• Analysing:
• Contribution/profitability
• Manufacturer performance
• Category performance
• Promotional activity
• Proposition/pricing/stock
• Market / competitor analysis and awareness
• Answering calls from clients and supporting the sales team with enquiries
• Support other business teams with all commercial aspects
What skills do I NEED to have?
• Relevant degree (business, mgmt, finance, maths)
• Excel – preferably advanced, at least intermediate
• Commercial analysis/analytical experience would be an advantage
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good customer service skills
• Hard working and ambitious
• Eye for and attention to fine detail
• Thriving in a fast pace, dynamic environment
