Job Description:
As a Junior Hardware Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our senior engineering team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain broad experience in the field of audio electronics, spanning both analog and digital electronics, as well as software development in C++/DSP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and testing of new audio hardware and software.
• Work closely with senior engineers, acting as an understudy and providing engineering support.
• Participate in various stages of product development, from concept to production.
• Engage in continuous learning to broaden skills across different aspects of audio technology.
• Contribute to the team with fresh ideas and perspectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or MSc in Electronics, Audio Technology, or a related field.
• Interest in audio/music technology.
• Knowledge of analog/digital electronics and software development (C++/DSP is a plus).
• Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week, with a preference for candidates who see the value in more frequent office presence.
• Proximity to South Hertfordshire / North London, or willingness to relocate.
