Conference Producer – Public sector events 24k + Bonus

Ideally suited to a graduate with good research and 2 years commercial experience or an experienced producer with some experience seeking that next step – 2:1 business related or politics/social policy related degree essential.

Excellent opportunity to join growing team producing events across a broad portfolio of public sector events.

The main purpose of the role is to independently generate, research and develop events (mostly one day conferences) for delegates across local and central government, education, police, HR and housing sectors. Producers will develop marketing and sales plans in conjunction with the relevant executives and oversee all budgetary and organisational elements of the conference up to on-the-day delivery of the event. The role will also involve actively seeking new conference ideas, partnership opportunities and repeat business. Producers will source partner organisations with which to develop ideas and/ or work on joint conferences.
Thorough researching skills

· Excellent communications skills – particularly telecommunication, written and face to face

· Motivated self-starter

· Project management

The Client is very open to candidates with conference production experience or graduates with some experience in production or with good commercial experience in a b2b environment. Salary very dependant on level of experience but will be reviewed and also opportunity to earn on sponsorship as your career develops
