Grading Supervisor

Our leading FMCG business based in Spalding is looking for a grading Production supervisor on a fulltime permanent basis working on the continental 2-2-3 shift 7am-7pm.

Job Description:-

·To be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Grading Production area ensuring that the most efficient production is achieved as cost effectively as possible.

·To maximise yield and throughput.

·Ensure 100% traceability of each product line during packing, through use of information systems.

·To ensure that product is packed according to the companies Quality Management System.

·To ensure that all relative paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

·To control the labour accordingly to minimise the cost of production.
