Global SEO Program Manager

An exciting opportunity to join a global ecommerce organisation has arisen for a Global SEO Program Manager to sit within a cross-functional team to drive organic traffic and business growth. As SEO Program Manager, you will work closely with the Product Managers to work multi-disciplinary technology projects involving Product Development, Marketing, Content, and Analytics. Having experience of working within a similar role with a fast past e-commerce environment is a preferred, but not essential.

Responsibilities of Global SEO Program Manager;
– Collaborate with Product, Engineers, Content and Marketing stakeholders to strive for SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) best practices.
– Champion site architecture development to make it more accessible, readable and compliant with search engines standards
– Innovative the constantly changing information architecture – achieve indexation, higher visibility and reach
– Investigate, drive and built functional tools for monitoring the crawl rate, indexation, speed and access for multiple search engines
– Management for project deliveries, evaluating risks and obstacles, communicating the achievement to wider stakeholder group

Skills/Experience;
– Product Development, Marketing, Content, Analytics
– Experience in developing websites and applications
– Excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to dig extensively into metrics and analytics
– Knowledge working with elements such as web server configurations – URL handling, robots.txt, site speed optimization, crawl investigations
– Quantifying marketing impact and SEO performance
– SQL, SaaS, Python, Java, C++
– Metrics and Analytics
– Webmaster Tools and Google Analytics
– Google Cloud platform
– BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering

This role is to start ASAP, and will run for an initial 12 months.
