The Background
This leading company is looking for a Global Move / HHG Advisor to join their expanding team. Reporting to the Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer service to their corporate clients.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for the following:
– You’ll be receiving move inquiries and arranging survey appointments within the company.
– Maintaining the system accurately with up to date information.
– Assisting with the training of team members.
– Managing and preparing the documents for all stages of the shipment process.
– Maintaining key contact with clients and agents.
– Responding to customer inquiries and complaints
– Calculating the cost of the move
– Preparing Crew and Warehouse instructions with information related to the client’s necessities.
– Completing an NES entry on HM Customs and Excise website for the UK export sea shipment.
– Sustaining regular communication with the client of the current status of the shipment.
– Producing outbound container, LCL, air freight bookings and documentation and submitting them to the relevant agents.
– Coordinating all logistical issues according to the client requests.
The Person:
You’ll have previous: move management, household goods or relocation experience. Applicants will be customer service focussed with the desire to offer the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients.
