is important to note that you will not be micro managed within this position, after a fantastic training program you will be given the autonomy to “run your own desk” and do what you do best.

Salary – 20,000 – 27,000 p/a + commission

Location – Thatcham

Position – Full time, Permanent

What you’ll be doing:

* Outbound calling to clients (2.5 hour call time daily)
* Working with new clients.
* Utilising a CRM to track activities and maintain relevant information.
* Maximising accounts to their full potential.

Ideal person:

* You must be fluent in German
* The role will be varied amongst different clients so a real ability to multitask is key!
* Previous B2B experience is ideal
* Excellent oral communication skills, confident and tenacious
* Highly motivated individuals who are seeking a busy and progressive career

Previous Account Managers have come from London, Reading, Basingstoke, Farnborough, Oxford

Previous Account Managers have experience in Inside Sales, Business Development, Lead generation, Telesales, or fresh graduates
