German Creative and Copywriter

Have you the ability to write and communicate in German?

We are looking to recruit a full time copywriter to join an established leading brand name in vehicle & leisure accessories. Our Derby based client operates a multiple ecommerce platforms and requires an articulate writer to provide exciting, informative and engaging content for website development and print based media.

You will be pushed to the limits of your creative flair whilst liaising with the web development, photography and sales teams in order to deliver great content to the site. This will assist with sales, search engine optimisation (SEO) and our marketing campaigns.
You will provide copy and translation services for website content, brochures, marketing actions, general information, articles, blogs, with a strong emphasis on SEO action and key word research.
You will need to be either a native speaker of German or have a very strong proven understanding of the written language with some experience of living in a country with the native language.
Ability to translate from English, but have the creative flair to ‘tailor’ for the given language and/or market action. Therefore a very good English language skill is fundamental to ensure success in the role.

The ideal candidate for the role:
Should have at least 2 years’ experience of professional copy writing in the language within a commercial environment.
Experience in copywriting optimised for website and online marketing.
Understanding of Internet Search, SEO in relation to key words, blogs and article writing.
Having an interest in automotive and lifestyle markets would be beneficial.
