Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!My client in the Wednesbury area is looking for a new General Site Electrician to join their fun and ever-growing team.Role purpose:To be able to complete electrical installations across the site, carry out maintenance on electrical equipment and to support the team with any other electrical duties across the site.Role details: Salary – £33,000 to £40,000 per annum DOE40 Hours per week28 Days annual leave (inclusive of bank holidays)Pension auto-enrolmentDeath in serviceFree onsite parkingCompany EAP programme Duties/Responsibilities: Identify, analyse and troubleshooting with repairs of equipment and electrical faults.Complete electrical installations and carry out maintenance tasks.Implementing cable runs in new or existing equipment.Use of tools such as, screwdrivers, pliers, hacksaw, spanners and hand grinders.Capable of doing single phase equipment connection.Testing of electrical equipment for continuity, current, voltage and resistance.Fault finding on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Skills/Experienced required: Able to read electrical drawings.Knowledge of power and control systems.Proven experience as an electrician.Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.High degree of attention to detail.Knowledge of motors, gearboxes, pneumatic & hydraulic systems If you are interested, please apply through this advert.
