Salary: £38,959 – £44,965 per year
Bates & Bradshaw are recruiting on behalf of a major Construction & Maintenance company in the Hull area who operate as one of the leading building, repairs, and maintenance contractors. They are presently employing around 500 people and have a turnover of £50 million and they have some ambitious plans in place to grow this again over the coming years.
Job Description
* To provide professional operational and performance management of all internal Operational staff and external sub contractors employed by the Company.
* Responsible for ensuring that all work is completed and complies with current industry and legislation standards, Company Policies & Procedures and key performance targets.
Experience Required
* Previous Supervisory experience within a busy Gas Servicing and Repairs team
* Experience of management of multidiscipline teams
* Minimum current qualifications of CCN1, CKR1, HTR1, CENWAT
* Flexible and adaptable to changing work environments
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Computer literate in relation to Microsoft Office packages
