Boiler Engineer / Commercial Gas Engineer
A Commercial Heating Engineer is needed for our facilities client in London. The Service Engineer needs to hold both their domestic & commercial gas qualifications (ACS / Gas Safe) and ideally have over 5-7 years of experience. On offer is impressive basic salary of up to £44,400
The Commercial Gas Engineer shall be expected to be able to work alone and be confident at providing the following =
Maintenance, Service and Repairs to a mixture of heating appliances – boilers (majority of the work), burners, water & air heaters, pressurisation units, pumps and associated heating equipment found in commercial plant rooms.
The Gas Engineer needs to be well versed on a range of commercial & domestic boilers or different types (atmospheric, force draft & condenser) and should have a broad range of skills on different manufacturers equipment.
Clients – Mainly commercial office buildings of varying scales & age
Working Area – In & around London, M25 and surrounding Home Counties
The Gas Engineer should ideally have the following tickets –
CCN1, CPA1, CENWAT & HTR1
COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, TPCP1A, TPCP1 & BMP1
(A formal NVQ or C&G qualification in Plumbing & Heating is ideally sort after, although a full “in-house apprenticeship” is also valued).
With a very good basic, plus overtime & call outs, engineers are looking at an OTE of £40k+
They are hoping Commercial Engineers or Heating Engineer can ideally start within 2-4 weeks notice and you will be asked to provide references.
