Here at Masterfix GB Ltd we specialize in delivering exceptional property care to a variety of clients in both the commercial and residential property markets. Delivering multi trade Reactive and Planned maintenance through a predominantly directly employed workforce.

The exciting news is that we now have an opportunity for a Gas Engineer/Plumber to join our team and help us further our growth plans.

Responsibilities

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will undertake serving, repairing and maintenance of domestic heating systems.

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will undertake diagnostics and breakdown call outs

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will undertake reactive and Planned Plumbing Call Outs

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will complete all work in accordance with Gas Safe Regulations

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will undertake will participate in the out of hours on call rota, 1 week in 3.

* The Gas Engineer/Plumber will be passionate about delivering exceptional property care and customer satisfaction

Requirements

* Clean Driver’s License

* Up to date Domestic Gas Safe qualifications

* Previous Central London Maintenance experience

* Exceptional communicator

* Good IT Skills and use to working via a PDA / Mobile Device

* Own tools

Desirable Requirements

* Commercial gas qualifications

* Unvented hot water qualification

* HIU / CIU maintenance experience

* Fan Coil Service and Repair experience

* CSCS Card Holder

* Pasma / IPAF qualification
