Garage Supervisor

Job Description:

You would be supervising a team of between 4 and 12 skilled colleagues, inspiring, motivating and coaching your team to deliver first class customer service. It’s a big job, but hugely rewarding, especially as you will need to be an effective manager of people to achieve success.

Our ideal entrepreneurial candidates will have supervisory experience in a fast paced customer service environment and automotive experience. You will use your enthusiasm, drive, passion and experience to exceed customer expectations, in an environment where level of service is paramount to sales.

It’s a challenging role where thinking on your feet and excellent customer interaction skills are key to the success of the Centre’s performance. If you like achieving KPI’s and developing teams then this role will appeal to you. We are looking for talent to progress within this business.
