Functional Consultant

Salary: £54,000 – £78,000 per year

An established specialist consultancy providing project management, technical and functional consultancy into the public sector is looking to expand their team with an experienced functional consultant to provide housing specific or other third-party solutions to their growing client base. This role will be home based with a requirement to travel to UK based customer sites as occasionally required (fully expensed).

You will carry out full end to end implementations and will analyse and troubleshoot customer’s practices and interpret their requirements, translating that information into a clear functional process. This will include workshop planning, data mapping, documentation, and training. You will have worked on software implementations within a social housing environment, and have strong stakeholder management and data quality/integrity experience.

Essential Skills:

• Experience of the implementation of software solutions in social housing
• Extensive data quality and data integrity experience
• Demonstrable analysis skills including business process mapping and requirements gathering
• Creating documentation and functional designs
• Systems analysis
• Stakeholder management
• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics (365/CRM/CE) an advantage but not essential as training will be provided
