Full Time Semi Senior Accountant – Southend Area – £28,000
Rayment Recruitment are working with a medim sized accountancy practice based in the Southend area, they are currently looking for a motivated and professional Semi Senior Accountant with a solid background to join their growing team.
The role of Semi Senior Accountant will include being responsible for preparing accounts for all types of business, bookkeeping, preparation of VAT returns and management accounts for a selection of clients.
The successful Semi Senior Accountant will have at least 2 years practice experience and be able to deal with multiple clients. You must also have knowledge of Double Entry Bookkeeping on a manual basis
Responsibilities will include:
- Preparing accounts
- Supporting a portfolio of clients
- Tax computations
- Preparing VAT returns
- Preparing personal and corporate tax returns
- Double Entry Bookkeeping and management accounts
