The Company:
Our client is a well established UK based company with internationals operations, leader in the market

Main duties:
To be responsible and support for the day to day of international clients care

The Role:
– To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
– To be the 1st point of contact for the international clients
– To communicate effectively with internal and external departments
– To organize installations and system support visits
– To deal with general administrative tasks
– Ensure maximum efficiency & quality of Customer Care at all times
– Support the Technical Sales team with existing clients

The candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) – Essential
– Background in Mechanical/Electronic/Mechatronics Engineer, IT
– Previous experience in Sales Administration would be ideal
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
– Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)

Salary: £27,600 – £42,000pa (DOE) + Benefits

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm
