The Company:
Our client is a well – established, International manufacturing company
Main Duties:
This role will focus on supply planning of allocated brands for UK and France for copacked items.
The supply planner will be key in inventory management & product lifecycle management as well as Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Responsible for preparing forecast schedules, placing replenishment orders and ensuring all are dwelt accordingly
The Role:
• Responsible for the supply planning of copacked items UK & France throughout their product lifecycle
• Supply planning, including monthly forecast update into SAP
• Replenishment orders and forecast schedules for bought in items for UK & France
• Preparing information and presentations to monthly Supply and S&OP meeting
• Working to inventory targets for allocated brands
• Weekly and monthly reports of inventory data and general operations reports to management
• KPI reporting / Enforcement of the S&OP process
• Cross working within team in UK and France
The Candidate:
• Fluent in English + French (Written & spoken)
• Proficient in SAP
• Knowledge and expertise of MRP list management in SAP
• Experience of placing purchase orders on SAP and following up with suppliers
• Highly numerate
• Excellent organisation skills & proven attention to detail
• High level of computer literacy – spread sheets, databases, presentations
• Experience in multi-national organisation with cross-border team working
The Salary:
£26,000 – £27,600 per year + benefits
