The Company:
Our client is a well established international company

Main duties:
To be responsible and support for the day to day logistics administration

The Role:
– To be 1 first point of contact for customers, suppliers and distributors
– To taking and processing daily and monthly orders, quotations and enquiries
– To deal with enquiries on the daily basis via email or over the phone
– To follow up quotations, orders and potential business opportunities
– To communicate effectively with others departments
– To help the Sales Team by giving administrative support
– To identify and qualify suppliers
– To deal with payments, credit and stock control

The candidate:
– Fluent in English & French (Written and spoken) – Essential
– Previous experience in Exports
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Able to work as part of a team as well as to take initiatives
– Able to work under pressure in a fast pace environment
– Proactive and dynamic personality
– Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook…)
– Able to work under pressure

Salary: £26,000 – £27,600per year (Depending on experience) + Benefits
