Essential Experience for this role:

Banking/Financial experience in a fraud environment
Banking Risk, AML, Chargebacks, Financial Crime, CIFAS, Identity Theft, Disputes – all great backgrounds to come from
Contact Centre Experience
Digitally savvy across different medians
Fluency in Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office toolsRole Title – Fraud Customer Advisor

Salary – TBC at offer stage – very competitive

Hours – 12 week rotational pattern – 5 different shift scheduled

Primarily based in the Edinburgh Park area with a blended office and work from home future, our client provide service to customers in shifts rotating between 6:30am and 10:30pm 365 days a year.

The correct individual for this role will:

Come from a financial service/banking/fraud or risk background (12 months min experience required)
Be intuitive and have the courage to act on your instinct
