Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavioral intervention strategies.
- Establish rapport with students to encourage positive behavior and personal growth.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a security guard or in a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in working with challenging behaviors.
- Ability to de-escalate situations and promote a positive atmosphere.
Preferred Skills:
- Training in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
- Understanding of trauma-informed care principles.
