Forklift Driver

Salary: £16.03 per hour

Forklift Truck Driver, Knottingley, Monday – Thursday + ample overtime,
* Shifts: 6am – 6pm wk 1 / 6pm – 6am wk 2 – 48 hour standard week
* £9.98 per hour – £24,910 per anum
* £13.36 overtime 1
* £17.82 OT 2
* Current average overtime worked 12 hours per week (This is not compulsory)
* 20 days holiday + Bank Holidays
Our client is a well established, fast moving and growing company who are looking to appoint a Counterbalance Fork Truck Driver for their busy operation.
This role is working Monday to Thursday which is a bonus for those who are wanting to enjoy a long weekend, however f you are really wanting to earn money there is always ample overtime on offer at £13.36ph and £17.82ph!
The role will be to deliver stock to all internal and external customers using a counterbalance fork truck, supporting stock accuracy in all warehouses
Responsibilities of the Forktruck Driver will include;
* Delivering stock to the production lines using a counterbalance fork truck, in advance of production demand
* Collecting finished stock from the production lines and stock locate back into the Warehouse correctly using a Counterbalance Forklift Truck.
* Picking stock & load onto trucks for all outbound freight ensuring only good quality stock is loaded
* Processing & offloading all inbound freight
* Carrying out physical stock counts when required
* Using the barcode scanning where appropriate when stock is moved onsite or offsite
We are looking for FLT Driver with a Counterbalance licence and is used to driving a forklift in a very busy environment. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a really friendly team and lap up the overtime money!
