Service: Low & Medium Secure Psychiatric Hospital for Men
Location: near Gatwick Airport, Surrey
Salary: £28,200 – £32,400per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Rotational Shift Pattern (Days, Nights and Weekends)
Contract type: Permanent

Service Description: A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a substantially motivated, experienced and skilled RMN or RNLD to work for one of the UK’s leading providers of men’s psychiatric care services in the South of England. The hospital is a purpose built medium and low secure hospital situated near Gatwick Airport and treats patients with severe and enduring mental disorders with forensic histories. The hospital is committed to the development and well-being of all staff and provides regular supervision, on-going training and access to company-wide career opportunities. Person Specification: You will have experience of working in a similar field either through your training or work experience. This role will form an important part of a multi-disciplinary team and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a good understanding of the care programme approach and risk assessment as well as knowledge of the Mental Health Act.
