Salary: £180 – £240 per day
A large secondary school in Redbridge are searching for a teacher that can deliver Food Technology & Textiles to the from Y7 to Y11. The school is based on the edge of Redbridge with a reputation of being a strong community.
The department is well structured with various Technology teachers, you will have a Head of deparment, 2iC and a lead for the department.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver Food Technology & Textiles over a split timetable
- To have genuine commitment to provision within a DT department
- To deliver high quality teaching and learning to pupils within the KS3/ KS4 national curriculum.
- To liaise closely with the other Technology teachers
Requirements:
- Degree (PGCE Technology)
- QTS
- Hold a DBS
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Up to date knowledge of the curriculum
- Assessment for learning strategies
- Sound behaviour management.
