JOB TITLE – Assistant Bar Manager
DEPARTMENT – Food and Beverage
RATE OF PAY – £25,200 per annum – Plus AMAZING benefits!
CONTRACT TYPE – Full Time
HOURS OF WORK – 40 hours
SHIFT DETAILS – 5 days out of 7

You are an individual with a passion for leading a team of people who are passionate about creating extraordinary cocktails, making great drinks and creating well-balanced and memorable experiences.
You will be focused on motivating, coaching and developing a team to provide continuous and seamless guest service.
You will have fantastic communication skills, excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
To excel in this role, you will also need plenty of drive, be a forward thinker, a strong team player and have previous experience managing a team, ideally within an establishment of a similar standard.

WHAT YOU’LL DO …
As Assistant Bar Manager you will assist the Food and Beverage Manager with the day to day running of the department. You will be a strong team player and be able to lead by example to ensure your high standards filter through your team. You will ensure staff are working to exceptionally high standards at all times.   You will work with a professional approach with a naturally friendly personality and create the very highest of standards through your team.
