FM Account Director

My client is a well respected support services company who work across the public and private sectors. They are now seeking an experienced FM account director to lead a nationwide TFM contract within the retail sector.

Role details:

• Managing a P+L of over 15 million
• Leading a team of regional and technical managers including recruitment and development and holding regular meeting
• Managing a variety of FM related projects and lead new project initiatives
• Overseeing all key service agreements for the contract
• Undertaking regular audits and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to
• Attending regular client meetings
• Leading all health and safety updates and developments
• Managing all third party suppliers and monitor performance

Requirements:

You will have a strong background in managing TFM FM contracts ideally within the retail sector, and a good understanding of technical services is essential. Strong leadership and relationship building skills are also essential for the role, as is the ability to travel UK wide.
