24-7 Staffing has an exciting opportunity to join a Food Distribution Company based in Yate, working as a FLT driver/Yard operative. Please find details of the job below.
Job Purpose
To help load and unload large heavy goods as they are delivered. To keep the yard and warehouse clean and tidy. Some FLT driving involved.
Duties
• Liaising and supporting the Warehouse Supervisor to ensure work is carried out safely and correctly.
• Keeping the yard clean and tidy.
• Some heavy lifting may be involved.
Person Profile
• Ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
• A strong desire to learn and develop
• Previous experience of driving a counterbalance FLT.
• Thrives under pressure.
Education and Experience
• Counterbalance FLT licence essential.
• Computer experience advantageous.
• 30 hours per week
Salary: £26,000per year Temp – Perm
