FLT Driver

Salary: £26,000 per year

PMP Recruitment is recruiting full time Fork Lift drivers on behalf of their client to join their distribution center in Minworth, B76 9EH!

The Salary: as a full time FLT Driver:

• Shift: £26,000per year
• Overtime paid a time and a half
• 10% premium when working 06:00am until 14:30pm shift

Typical hours as a full time FLT Driver:

• Monday-Friday rotational shift
• Week 1: 06:00am until 14:30pm | Week 2: 10:00am until 18:30pm

Benefits as an FLT Driver:

• Temp to perm opportunities after 12 weeks
• Weekly pay every Friday

Duties as FLT Driver but are not limited to:

• Relocating products using a forklift trucks, pump trucks, and PPT
• Working within dispatch
• Checking a range of products leaving the warehouse
• Picking and packing shipping orders
• Manual Handling to include lifting at height, loading and unloading goods and outsize items
• Reporting damage, missing products in line with local process
• Working towards an average pick/pack rate target

Our ideal candidate:

• Remaining focused under pressure in a time sensitive environment
• Adhering to site policy and procedures whilst maintaining efficient operations
• A good understanding of English is necessary and strong Maths skills are needed
• Candidates must have a full, valid license for the Reach truck
