FLT Counter Balance (Day Shift)

Salary: £26,000per year – £8.00 after 12 weeks

This is a Temporary on-going position

We require an experienced Counter Balance Fork Lift Operator to work in a highly respected and well established Timber company based near Hull. You will be reporting directly to the Production Supervisor. This role is working Day shifts, Monday to Friday. Overtime is paid after 39 hours worked.

The ideal candidates should have their own transport due to the rural location and it would be advantageous to have experience working within a timber environment.

Main Duties:

You will be required to carry out general shop floor activities as designated by your Line Manager.

Unwrapping of bulk pack timber and checking for basis quality.

Keeping good clear written records of product details (Tallying / QA checks).

*
Maintaining general cleanliness of the factory environment at all times.

*
Carry out duties as designated by your Line Manager using a Counter Balance Fork Lift truck.
